| 摘 要： | 随着高校扩招的毕业生陆续进入求职市场，大学毕业生的就业压力也在不断增大。作为市场主体的企业的人才理念对大学生的就业有重要的指导作用。本认为，高校要关注现代企业的人才理念，针对大学生就业中存在的问题，提出加强大学生就业指导工作的对策。

| Abstract: | The employment pressure is constantly increasing with the graduates after enrollment expansion entering the market, As a subject of market, enterprises' conception of talent plays more important roles with graduate employment.The author believes that, higher schools should pay attention to enterprises' conception of talent, and put forwards the countermeasures on strengthen the employment guidance for graduates. |
