| Abstract: | In the course of submitting a tender, units in charge of construction should adopt strategic skill to approach the minimum of public bidding and result in winning the tender. In the realistic course of submitting a tender for a construction, properly adopting quotation skill exerts significant influence on winning the tender and obtanin reasonable profit. |
