摘 要: | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对上海F1大奖赛经营状况进行了分析研究,上海F1大奖赛主要经营策略包括:打造世界顶级赛车场地;结盟媒体联手宣传推广赛事;多方协作做好交通组织工作;完善医疗急救保障系统;做好安全保卫工作;营造赛场娱乐气氛;做好门票定价和销售工作。从上海赛车场公司收益、关联产业的收益、上海市的总体收益三角度对上海大奖赛的经营效果进行了评价,希望通过对上海大奖赛经营状况的研究,能为今后F1上海站赛事经营提供参考,也能为我国的竞赛表演业健康发展起到借鉴作用。

Abstract: | With documentary data and logic analysis,the author analyzes the managing situation of F1 grand prix match in Shanghai,and the result shows that Shanghai match includes several main managing tactics: to forge the world grand automobile race lot;to propagate the race with media company;to organize traffic problem cooperating with many different departments;to better the medical emergency treatment system;to better the safety system;to build the entertaining atmosphere;to do ticket booking and sale work better.The author evaluates the result of management in Shanghai F1 match from three angles: Shanghai automobile race lot company income,the related industry income,and the overall income of Shanghai,hopes that the article can provide references for the future management of F1 match in Shanghai,and play a role for the healthy development of the contest performance industry of our country through the research of this match. |
