| 摘 要： | 经过调研谷城县、南漳县20家乡镇卫生院，了解到乡镇卫生院急需大专层次的临床医学、护理专业毕业生，要求他们不仅具备基本的职业能力，还要具备踏实的敬业精神，吃苦耐劳意志，沟通合作能力。提示高职院校要鼓励学生到基层就业，加强人文素质教育，根据基层医院岗位需要设置课程及教学内容。
