| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪,面对世界各国综合国力竞争的加剧,高等学校都在思考如何培养高素质的人才,以迎接这种挑战。培养高素质人才必须以高素质的教师队伍做保证。本文对高校共同承担培养高素质人才的体育教师,如何应对新的挑战,如何全面提高自身素质和应采取的对策等,进行了探讨和论述。

| Abstract: | Facing the shape systematic national power competition of every country in the world in the new century, the colleges and universities are thinking about how to cultivate the high - quality person to face such challenge. To cultivate the high - quality person must be on the basis of the high - quality teaching team. In this paper the author probes and analyzes how the PE teachers who undertake to cultivate the high ?quality person in the colleges and universities cope with the new challenge, how they improve their self- abilities and talks about their countermeasures. |
