摘    要:智能制造是信息化与工业化深度融合的产物。信息技术迅猛发展,加快传统制造向智能制造转型升级,数字化、网络化、智能化、绿色化成为制造业的发展趋势。智能制造的人才须具有“知识结构系统化、技术结构高端化、能力结构多元化、素质结构人文化”的特征,这倒逼职业教育提高人才培养层次,加强复合型技术技能人才的培养。但是,培养体系不完善、培养目标滞后、专业结构狭窄、技术结构单一、教学智能化水平不高等现实困境,制约人才培养变革,须通过完善职教体系、科学定位培养规格、跨学科建设专业和课程、深化产教融合、打造智慧学习平台等途径和方法,深化人才培养模式改革。

Abstract:Intelligent manufacturing is the product of deep integration of informatization and industrialization.With the rapid development of information technology,the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing has been accelerated,and digitalization,networking,intelligence and greening have become the development trend of manufacturing.Intelligent manufacturing talents must have the characteristics of“systematic knowledge structure,advanced technology structure,diversified ability structure,and human culture of quality structure”,which forces vocational education to improve the level of talent training and strengthen the training of compound technical talents.However,the practical difficulties of imperfect training system,lagging training objectives,narrow professional structure,single technical structure and low level of teaching intelligence restrict the reform of talent training.It is necessary to deepen the reform of talent training mode by improving the vocational education system,scientific positioning of training specifications,cross-disciplinary construction of majors and courses,deepening the integration of production and education,and creating intelligent learning platform.
