摘    要:“以人为本”是管理的核心和发展方向。只有真正树立“以人为本”的企业管理理念,制定切实可行的用人机制,努力提高企业员工的素质,激发他们的热情,才能不断增强企业的向心力和凝聚力。尊重人性,重视个体人性化的管理,力争让企业的每一位员工成为所在岗位的“专家,”为企业的持续发展奠定坚实基础,使我国的企业在激烈国际市场竞争中立于不败之地。

Abstract:The concept of "people-orientation" has been the core of management in enterprises nowadays.With the philosophy of "people-orientation" in mind,and the feasible personnel placement mechanism being made,the centripetal force and cohesiveness of the enterprise will be greatly enhanced.Respecting the human nature and individuality,creating a platform to promote each employee to be the "specialist" in the position,establishing the solid foundation for the sustaining development of enterprises will make enterprises of our country succeed in the present international market competition.
