摘    要:目的:测定不同产地不同采收期岩陀药材中槲皮素的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定岩陀药材中槲皮素的含量。流动相甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(50:50),检测波长370nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃。结果:岩陀药材中槲皮素含量差异较大,不同产地同一采收期的含量范围为0.129%~0.207%;不同采收期同一产地的含量范围为0.074%~0.129%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可为该药材合理开发利用提供科学依据。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Quercetin in Rhizoma Rodgersiae from different areas and different harvest time. Methods: The contents of Quercetin were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid (50:50), the detection wavelength was 370 nm, with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the temperature at 30 ℃. Results: The contents of Quercetin in Rhizoma Rodgersiae from different areas and different harvest time varied greatly. The contents of Quercetin in Rhizoma Rodgersiae from different areas with the same harvest time were 0.129%-0.207%. The contents of Quercetin in Rhizoma Rodgersiae from different harvest time with the same areas were 0.074%-0.129%. Conclusion: The method for determination of Quercetin is simple, accurate and with good repeatability, which could provide a scientific basis for rational development and utilization.
