摘    要:教师教育观转变障碍与传统文化模式影响有关。我们应该站在社会文化、社会认知角度来审视教师教育观转变问题。重视教师的主体精神,用智慧明辨经验、驾驭知识,是实现教师教育观转变与更新的关键。

Abstract:The impediment of the change in teachers' educational concept is related to cultural tradition. We must survey the matter from social culture and cognition. The realization of the change in teachers' educational concept depends on recognition of teachers' subjective spirit, distinction between right and wrong esperienences with wisdom, and dominance over knowledge.
