| 摘 要： | 竞技篮球运动员要素水平的高低，受到其组成因素的直接影响。要提高运动员要素的水平，就应不断提高各种组成因素的水平。本文运用文献资料法、调查法，对运动员要素的个体竞技能力、主力队员配备、集体配合、特长队员、集体凝聚力、球星作用、意志品质、球队技战术风格、自我控制能力、伤病情况、替补队员配备等主要组成因素进行了研究，以供教练员参考。

| Abstract: | The key-elements' level of the basketball player is affected firsthand by its structural factors. If you want to de-velop the key-elements' level, you must develop continuously its level of structural factors individually. By using docu-ments and questionnaire, this article analyzes the structural factors of key-elements in individual competitive ability, main force allocation, team cooperation, team cohesion, strong-suitable players, star actions, will quality, team style of tech-tactics, self control, injury situation, and substitute composition, etc., aimed to provide some references for the coaches. |
