| 摘 要： | 当前的学校教育改革正逐渐沦于低效性的危险之中,主要表现为不在改、不能改、不愿改。探寻其中的原因并突破这些低效因素,不仅必要,而且迫切。明晰学校教育改革的价值基础,顾及学校教育改革的深刻性和艰难性,容忍多样化的改革生态,并将学校争取自身利益的途径纳入教育改革设计,是学校教育改革走出低效的基本策略。
