| Abstract: | Cohesion and coherence of a text is one of the major topics in the research of discourses.The pattern of thematic progression is the framework of text.An analysis to the essay derived of essential English writing has been done so as to study the relation between thematic progressions and English writing,and its application in language teaching. |
