| 摘 要： | 分家阄书系诸子均分制度下民间家产分析所订立的格式契约文书.分家意味着分房.分家析产之后,财产上的众存共业颇为常见,法权上的分析而不另立户籍普遍存在,产业交易上的亲邻优先权相沿成俗,明清徽州民间个体家庭之间只是相对意义上的独立,家户间往往虽分犹合.并且,明清徽州民间存在女承父产乃至诸女均分家产等分家模式.分家析产不断孕育家庭这一基本形态,对于不同层次的宗族经济来说,具有潜在的瓦解作用.
