| Abstract: | The political and ideological assistant in university undertakes a glorious task of ideologically educating university students and cultivating talents.Under the new situation,if the political and ideological assistant wants to become the student's ideological and political guider,and learning and psychology instructor,they must satisfy the essential requirements of good individual quality and noble morality and enhance comprehensive ability,which is directly related to the cultivating quality of students. |
