| 摘 要： | 教育实习是教师教育专业实践教学的重要组成部分,"顶岗支教,置换培训"是教育部大力提倡的一种有效的实习模式。然而在实践这种模式的过程中出现了种种难以克服的困难。基于此,在分析背景的基础上,指出"顶岗支教"中遇到的六方面的困难,并提出克服困难的四条对策,旨在对今后"顶岗支教,置换培训"工作的开展有一定的指导意义。
