论自我导向学习及其对成人教育教师角色的启示

摘    要:自我导向学习理论是成人学习理论新进展的主要内容之一,是成人学习者的主要学习方式之一,近年来一直备受关注。本文首先对自我导向学习的发展、定义、内涵及过程进行简要概述。之后论述了成人自我导向学习对成人教育教师的启示,提出了对成人教育教师有设计者、激励者、帮助者、促进者、引领者、研究者的多元角色期待,基于此种角色期待,成人教育教师需要转变角色观念、注意个体差异、塑造自我导向的人格特质、熟悉成人自我导向学习实施的一般步骤。

Abstract:Self -directed learning, a staple of the new update on adult learning theory as well as one of the most important learning - styles for adult learners, has received more and more atten-tion in recent years. This paper first gives a brief introduction to the development, definition, con-tent and process of self - directed learning, then presents its enlightenment on adult education teach-ers. The author holds the expectations about the multifunctional roles of adult education teachers as designers, stimulators, helpers, facilitators and guiders. Finally concludes that it is necessary for the teachers of adult education to change the role concept, pay attention to the individual differ-ences, cultivate self-directed personality and be familiar with the common procedure of applying self - directed learning.
