| 摘 要： | 作为“中国宪法之父”，张君劢虽一生志于民主宪政理想且为之不懈奋斗，最终却不幸走向了自由民主的对立面，这一历史悲剧无疑是中国近现代自由主义者们的缩影。究其缘由，主要是由于他们对传统文化与政治自由主义关系的误识、对科学与民主之异化的敏感以及对政治学与政治哲学的错住所致。
