微波辅助苯偶姻合成反应优化

摘    要:研究了微波辅助加热下合成苯偶姻.通过设计正交实验,研究了微波功率、微波时间、反应体系温度和催化剂VB1用量对收率的影响.实验结果表明:催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、功率对收率的影响依次降低,最佳反应条件是,催化剂用量为1.5g,反应体系温度为80℃,反应时间25min,微波功率为900W,平均收率为85.5%.产品熔点与标准样相符,其IR谱与标准谱图一致.

Abstract:The synthesis of benzoin under the condition of microwave-assisted heating was studied. The influence of microwave heating power, microwave heating time, reaction system temperature, and the catalysis dosage on yield were investigated. The results indicate that the influence of the catalysis dosage, reaction system temperature, microwave heating time and microwave heating power on yield decreased in turn and the optimum reaction conditions were the catalysis dosage lg, reaction system temperature 80 ℃, microwave heating time 20 min and microwave heating power 900 W. The mehing point and infrared spectrum accord with standard sample.
