摘    要:针对固体材料导热系数测量的需要,合理设计了稳态球体法导热系数测试实验装置;在手动测量的基础上,增设了数字仪表测量系统和计算机检测系统;利用KINGVIEW6.5开发了实验运行监测画面;采取了提高测温精度的有效措施。与传统测量方式相比,实验装置简单可靠,实验模型直观准确,测量方法精确灵活,完全满足科研测试和教学实验的要求。

Abstract:According to the requirement of research and teaching,a test desk of measuring the thermal conductivity with stable globoid method was designed.Based on the manual testing,a digital instrument and a computer detective system are added for data acquisition.By employing KINGVIEW6.5 a monitoring interface is developed for operation.Compared with the traditional measuring method,the new test desk is simple and reliable;the test model is vivid,and the measuring method is accurate and flexible.The new test desk is quite suitable for normal experimental investigation and teaching.
