| 摘 要： | 科技成果转化知识学习是科技成果转化知识管理战略实施的支点,也是科技成果转化组织演进的序参量。本文阐释了科技成果转化知识学习的特征,提出知识流转机理、知识固化机理、知识深化机理,揭示了科技成果转化知识学习的内在规律性。这对于建立科技成果转化的持续竞争优势,提高科技成果转化效率和效果具有重要的指导意义。
