高师学生社会支持、应对方式与心理健康的相关性研究

摘    要:该文主要探讨社会支持、应对方式对心理健康的影响,以及社会支持与应对方式之间的关系。采用社会支持、应对方式及SCI-90三个量表对863名高师学生进行测量。提出社会支持、应对方式是影响心理健康水平的中介因素。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of social support and coping style on mental health and the relationship between social support and coping style.Methods:A total of 863 students of Guangxi Normal University were sampled.All were assessed by Social Support Scale(SSS),Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ)and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results: Social Support and Coping Style had important influence on mental health. The people with higher support possessed higher level of mental health.Solving problem,seeking scores of CSQ were higher in people with higher social support than in others. Conclusions: It suggests that social support and coping style are both intermediate factors influencing the level of mental health. The research on the relationship between them has important significance for maintaining individual mental health and exploring psychological mechanisms of mental disorders.
