| 摘 要： | 高校学报视学术性为其生命和永恒的主题，这是毋庸置疑的。但是，目前普通高校中对于学报学术性问题的认识还不同程度地存在一些误区，如：对学术性概念的理解片面化，忽视学术性最基本的特征——创新性；将应用性、时代性与学术性相对立，应用性和时代性强的文章被摒除于学术性论文之外；学报的学术性建设单纯体现在“被动”反映高校学术成果方面，而对“主动”提高和促进高校学术水平和学术道德建设则关注不够；偏重以强化“名人效应”来提高学报的学术性；学术性“长着一张严肃、呆板、高深莫测的面孔”——对学术性论文的表现形式存在误解。

| Abstract: | The scholarly nature is recognized as life and eternal theme of journals of colleges and universities . But at present, colleges have a few misunderstandings about this problem , for example, understanding one -sidedness of the scholarly nature ,ignore the most fundamentalist characteristic of the scholarly nature-the property of blazing new trails ,etc. Analysing
these mistaken knowledge and cause will help improving the scholarly quality of colleges journals and developing the scholarly building better. |
