| 摘 要： | 甜菊扦插育苗过程中，将供氧剂施入苗床土中，插穗基部沾了发根剂后扦插，可以提高成苗率２８．６％，单株生根条数增加２７．１％，单株生根总长度增加１９．１％．

| Abstract: | During the cuttage of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni,CPO-1(CaO)was applied to cuttingbed before cuttingstalks stained with indole butyric acid.The survival rate of cuttings root number and root length per plant in-creased by 28.6%,27.1%and 19.1%,respectively. |
