| 摘 要： | 2004年全国共有11个省市实行高考自主命题,这是高考命题改革的一项重大举措。本文在介绍和分析自主命题改革背景的基础上,对自主命题的利弊得失做了初步的理论分析和探讨,最后提出高考自主命题应在充分论证和小范围试点的基础上循序渐进地推行。

| Abstract: | In 2004, there'll be 11 provinces and cities to be granted to Self-assign topics on HEE Exam, which is an important policy on topic-assigning in HEE exam. After introduction and analysis on the reform of Self-assign topics, the article probes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Self-assign topics, and results in that Self-assign topics of HEE exam should be carried out based on fully demonstrations and tested within the small scales. |
