| 摘 要： | “陕西精神”是践行社会主义核心价值体系的生力军和示范者，是对陕西地域特质与民众品质的高度概括与科学凝炼，是实现文化强省目标的主要平台和关键载体。“陕西精神”与社会主义核心价值体系之间，存在相互联系、相互推动的辨证统一关系。依托“陕西精神”推进社会主义核心价值体系建设，对于夯实社会主义核心价值体系的执政基础和群众基础，提高社会主义核心价值体系建设的水平和质量具有不可替代的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Shaanxi spirit is a perfect example of integration of Shaanxi regional tradition and the spirit of science to promote the construction of socialist core value system and a main platform and key carrier to realize cultural goals. Shaanxi spirit and the socialist core value system are of the dialectical unity relation. Relying on the Shaanxi spirit and promoting the construction of the socialist core value system, we must adhere to the people-oriented, highlight the human feelings, enrich the cultural carrier to create a good atmosphere. |
