| Abstract: | The digitized service and the knowledge management are two major characteristics of digital library. Base on digitized service and the knowledge management understanding and the significance, this paper finds that knowledge activity directed by concept is the knowledge innovation and the technical innovation fountainhead in the knowledge economy activity, service knowledge economy society and restricted by the knowledge economy society development law at the same time. |
