| 摘 要： | 第三方物流作为物流运作的典型模式,对企业自营物流的传统模式提出了挑战,而作为第三方物流发展高级形式的第四方物流,通过对整个供应链的影响和提供综合的供应链解决方案,为其客户带来更大的价值,显然第四方物流能够在解决企业物流的基础上,更好地整合社会资源、解决物流信息充分共享和社会物流资源充分利用等问题。

| Abstract: | As a typical mode of logistics, the third party logistics (3PL) has brought forward a great challenge to the traditional self-support logistics. While as the high-level mode of 3PL, 4PL has brought greater value to the customers through the affect on the whole supply chain management and the provision of general or integrative solutions. Apparently, 4PL can and will better integrate with the logistics resources, utilze and share the information, and make the best of social resources. |
