| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法对武汉城市圈普通高校大学生参与运动休闲的现状、行为特征及影响因素进行调查。研究表明,绝大多数大学生拥有充沛的余暇时间,但用于参与体育锻炼的时间相对较少。武汉城市圈普通高校大学生参与运动休闲的行为特征以强身健体为目的的居多;参与运动休闲项目主要是以羽毛球、散步、篮球、乒乓球为主,但男女各有偏重;选择休闲场所时首先考虑的是就近原则和经济支付能力;参与运动休闲的形式多种多样、方式灵活多变;休闲消费水平低、消费结构不尽合理。影响大学生参与运动休闲的主观因素是:体育价值观、体育兴趣、余暇时间的多少;客观因素是:场地设施、经济条件、校园体育氛围。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a survey of college students participation in leisure and sports activities in Wuhan urban area through documents, questionnaires, mathematical and statistical analysis, and logical analysis and so on. The result shows that their aim of participating in leisure and sports activities is to keep fit. The events they participate in are mainly badminton, walking, basketball and ping-pong but the male and female participants have different inclination. The subjective influencing factors are their sports values and their interests in sports and the amount of leisure time. The objective factors are the facilities, their economic conditions and sports atmosphere in campus. |
