公办高职院校绩效工资改革探析

摘    要:绩效工资改革,是公办高职院校内部管理体制改革的一个重要内容。公办高职院校绩效工资改革须处理好几种关系,并注意把握岗位设置管理、绩效考核评价、薪酬制度设计、绩效工资激励、思想政治工作等工作环节,以达到改革目标,对薪酬分配改革顺利进行提供帮助。

Abstract:The performance salary reform is an important content of the internal management system reform in public higher vo cational colleges. The performance salary reform in public higher vocational colleges must deal with several relations, and pay atten tion to some work areas such as the post setting management, performance appraisal, salary system, performance salary incentive, i deological and political work, etc. , to achieve the reform objectives and help smooth the compensation reform.
