中国大陆图书馆学教育中职业性缺失的环境分析

摘    要:本文指出,中国大陆图书馆学教育中存在的非职业化现象主要体现在招生、培养目标、教学体系和内容、就业和师资队伍等各方面;认为这种非职业化现象与国家的政治经济环境及图书馆学教育所处的机构环境存在着密切的联系。

Abstract:This paper argues that there has emerged a trend to abandon professionalism in the past decade in Chinese library education, reflected in student enrollment, educational objectives, teaching system, career preferences of graduates, attitudes of teaching staff and so on. It shows that this trend is related, to a large extent, to the political and economic factors of China and the institutional environment in which the library education finds itself.
