| 摘 要： | 本文运用技术制度理论对技术创新活动的特点进行了分析，在此基础上把技术因素引入到波特的竞争优势分析中，提出了成本一技术二维行业分类法，把我国不同行业划分为四大类三个档次。再根据这几类行业的优势特征提出所适用的具有发展中国家特点的竞争战略。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the characteristics of innovation activities with the theory of technological regime. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes the planar taxonomy with cost-technology dimension, by introducing technological factor into Porter' theory of competitive advantage. China's industrials are classified into four kinds and three levels according to this taxonomy. Furthermore, the paper proposes competitive strategies suited to developing countries, in light of technological features of China's different industrials. The paper gives a new perspective as well as a breakthrough to the old ideas followed by China's firms making competitive strategies. |
