| 摘 要： | 中小企业融资难是一个世界性的难题,在当前国际金融危机的背景下,成长过程中的青岛市中小企业遇到的问题尤其突出,主要原因在于融资渠道狭窄,银行贷款门槛高,缺少抵押物,中介机构发展滞后等.解决中小企业融资难需要政府、金融机构和企业的共同努力,采取完善直接融资体系,推进中小企业上市融资,建立银行服务和责任评价体系,加强政府服务和金融创新,发展壮大担保公司等举措.
