| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后,将成为国际加工业中心,这意味着我国需要大批技能型人才。但是,作为专门培养技能型人才的我国职业教育,目前存在着管理渠道不畅、办学资金不足、法律支持不力以及社会观念歧视等制约因素。根据西方国家的历史经验,政府积极通过各种手段扶持职业教育,全社会都重视职业教育,使之终身化、社会化,成为发展经济的重要手段。我国职业教育存在的问题以及今后经济的发展走势都说明,入世后职业教育需要政府发挥其管理职能加以扶持,促其发展。

| Abstract: | China will become the center of international processing industry after she enters WTO,which means that we will need a large number of technical personal.But our vocational education has many re-stricting factors such as unsmooth manage ment channel,inadequate school-running funds,in adequate lawful support and the prejudice of so cial conception as an institution majoring in developing technical person-nel.According the historical experience of western countries,the government should actively help and sup-port vocational education by means of all kinds of measures,all levels in society should attach importance to vocational educa tion to make it lifelong,socialized and an important means of developing economy.The exis tent problems in our vocational education and fu ture economic tendency both indicate our vocation al ed ucation needs the government to give play to its management as help and support to make its develop after China enters WTO. |
