| 摘 要： | 劳动力简单再生产刚性是我国必须正视的最基本的国情,"劳动--收入"转换率偏低已成为扩大内需、促进协调发展、构建和谐社会的重大障碍.本文以马克思的劳动价值理论为基础,重点从宏观角度论述了掌控"劳动--收入"转换的方法;阐述了"劳动--收入"转换的现状、问题和"劳动--收入"适度转换的现实意义;揭示了劳动力(L)与生产总值(GDP)的三种弹性(I)关系以及与I相对应的工资(W)弹性(i)的三种关系,并在建立直线回归方程的基础上对适度"劳动--收入"转换率量度进行实证分析.提出了保持适度劳动收入转换的相应政策建议,以期实现"劳动--收入"转换的良性循环.

| Abstract: | The rigidity of labor simple re-production is the fundamental condition of China that we should pay more attention to;and the low transfer rate between labor and income has become the key obstacle to expand internal demand and promote coordinating development so as to build harmonious society.In the paper,the authors have,on the basis of Marx's Labor Value Theory,discussed the method to control the transfer between labor and income from a macro-dimensional view,analyzed the current condition,existing problems and the practical significance of moderate transfer between labor and income,revealed the three elastic relations between labor and GDP and the three elastic relations between Labor and wage and made a positive analysis on moderate transfer between labor and income on the basis of linear regression equation.The authors also propose some relative suggestions to maintain moderate transfer so as to realize the positive circle of transfer between labor and imcome. |
