| 摘 要： | 通过伦理学与高校学生管理的契合，分析高校学生管理工作中伦理失范的具体表现，提出在具体的学生管理工作中应持的伦理原则和加强及改进高校学生管理工作的构想，使高校学生管理工作得到更多的伦理关注，进而丰富高校学生管理理论，使高校学生管理工作更趋于人性化、科学化，最终服务于和谐校园、和谐社会建设。

| Abstract: | Through the conjunction of the administration of university students and the ethics, we analyze the features of the moral unbalance in the university students administration, propose the moral principles of the specific tasks in university students administration to enhance and improve the administration in universities to get more concern of morals in doing the administrative work and enrich the administrative theory in universities, which makes the administration more humanized and scientific and serve the construction of the harmonious universities and society. |
