| 摘 要： | 建国后江西高职教育经历过萌芽、确立、提速和提升4个阶段。江西高职教育在兴盛过程中表现出非常鲜明的特征,集中表现为5个“转型”,即地位从边缘化向主流化转型,作用从补充性向发展性转型,竞争策略从机遇性竞争向实力性竞争转型,办学模式从单一化向多元化转型,管理方式从计划性向计划与市场结合转型。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education in Jiangxi prwince has its own history.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,it develops through four phases: origination,establishment,acceleration and elevation.During the evolution of higher vocational education in Jiangxi,it shows many apparent characteristics mainly embodying five shifts:status shift from edge to mainstream,role shift from supplement to construction,competition-strategy shift from opportunism to competence,develop-model shift from uniformity to multiform,management-model shift from plan to combination between plan and market. |
