| 摘 要： | 教育信息化是实现教育现代化的必然选择．在以教育信息化引领教学和管理现代化进程中，教育信息化人文环境建设是前提，硬件运行环境建设是基础，教育信息资源建设是核心，教育技术与课程教学和管理过程有机整合是实现教育信息化的关键途径，必须正确处理好观念与技术、硬件与资源、教学与管理、传承与创新的关系。

| Abstract: | The education information is the inevitable choice for realizing the education modernization. In the process of guiding teaching and management modernization with the education information, humanity environment construction is the premise the hardware movement environment construction is the foundation,education information resources construction is the core, the organic conformity between education technology and the curriculum teaching and the management process is essential way for realizing the education information.We must probably deal with the relation of concept and the technology,the hardware and the resources,the teaching and the management, the inheritation and innovation. |
