| 摘 要： | 人类具有客体性、整体性、主体性、生成性、智能性、一切社会关系的总和性等共性，每个人还有自己的个性。可是我们的当代教育在某种程度上却是不理解人的、片面割裂的、强迫压制的、“复制”守成的、机械识记的、理性独尊的、模式单一的教育，总之是缺乏人性的教育。我们急切地呼唤洞悉人性的、全面和谐的、“太极推手式”的、创新超越的、滋养智慧的，灵活多样的人性化教育。
