| 摘 要： | 坚持科学发展观,树立以人为本的教育价值核心,对于我国高等教育发展具有特殊的深远意义。治校兴业,人才为先;治教治学,惟在得人。人是关键因素,树立以人为本的办学理念,紧紧抓住育才、聚才、引才、用才等关键环节,进一步提升大学对国家、对人民及对人类的贡献率。本文从科学发展观念、强校战略、现代管理理念等方面阐述高等教育贯彻以人为本的迫切性。

| Abstract: | Persevering in scientific development horizon and building up a people-oriented idea in education should possess a special and profound significance for the promotion of higher education in China.Managing a university with great causes can be achieved by first introducing capable talents;managing education and pursuing scholarly work can only be done when talents are obtained.In fact,the most important factor lies in the teaching staff.In order to enhance the percetage that univeristies contribute to the country,the people and even mankind,we should establish the people-oriented idea in running a university and firmly control the key connections in rearing talents,assembling talents,introducing talents and using talents,etc..This paper sets forth the urgency of implementing the principle of people-oriented idea in higher education from the perspectives of scientific development horizon,boosting-up university strategy and modern managing idea. |
