| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代"复杂产品系统"的概念出现以来,出现了大量关于复杂产品研发过程的研究文献。本文在分析复杂产品系统特点、复杂产品体系的技术资源结构特性的基础上,分析大型航空航天企业复杂产品系统项目开发组织形式,以及复杂产品体系研究与开发的企业间合作模式,并将相关分析方法应用于航空航天复杂产品体系研发制造过程中的合作类型选择,以期在开展积极的对外合作的同时,保护自己的技术优势。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of research papers on complex product system R & D snice the introduciton of the concept"Complex product system"in 1990s.Based on the analysis on the features and technology resource structure of complex product,this paper studied the organization structure as well as the cooperation mode between firms of large aerospace complex product R & D projects.And moreover the analysis methodology is applied on the choice of cooperation in order to protect the technology advantage in the process of active cooperation. |
