| 摘 要： | 本在讨论了两种不同的学术权力概念基础上，界定了大学学术权力的主要内涵。指出并阐述了把握学术权力的关键在于明确学术权力主体、客体及其相互作用方式的有关观点。另外，还讨论了大学管理过程中学术权力和行政权力之间的相互关系。

| Abstract: | Based on discusses about the two different concepts on the academic power,the main connotation was defined about the academic power in university.It is pointed and described that the key problem to master academic power is to definitude the subject,object and the interrelation between them about the academic power.Besides,the interrelation between the academic power and administrative power was discussed during the process of the university management. |
