| 摘 要： | 近几十年来,民办教育事业取得了令人瞩目的成绩,然而民办学校教师的合法权益却得不到切实保障,突出表现在福利待遇、社会保障问题上。新《劳动合同法》的颁布将有利于民办学校教师合法权益的保障。同时,政府及教育行政部门、社会大众、民办学校及其教师都要尽最大的努力使我国的民办教育事业逐步正规化、完善化,从而确保民办学校教师的合法权益。
