| 摘 要： | 通过对高职国际金融专业在专业建设与人才培养定位、课程改革、实践教学及特色凝练等方面的研究和实践,文章指出国际金融专业的建设和人才培养应该顺应社会发展需求合理设置课程,加强实践教学环节、“双师型”师资队伍及校内外实训基地建设,才能突出高职国际金融人才的职业性和应用性,满足社会经济发展对人才的需求。

| Abstract: | On discussing the research and practice done on the specialty construction and talents training as well as courses reform, practical teaching and specialty features, the article points out that International Finance in vocational colleges should focus on the scientific course planning, practical teaching , double-qualification teachers construction and training bases to meet the requirements of the economical development. |
