Through the innovation and regulation of the developing direction of education, the promotion of the exploitation of human resources, the acceleration of the talent cultivation, talent and intelligence support will he provided for the achievement of the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-around way raised in the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party. |
