| 摘 要： | 我国高校教师的激励机制长期以来还是停留在一般性号召,不能很好的调动教师工作积极性;在奖励过程中难免还存在不公平的现象.这些都制约了高校的健康发展.本文针对高校教师队伍中存在的激励问题,从宏观及微观角度分析了高校教师的激励机制,提出了在激励设计中应注意的因素和原则.

| Abstract: | From both macro and micro perspectives, this article makes an analysis on the problems related to the impetus mechanism of faculty prevalent in Chinese universities, which has always been spiritually focused and inevitably unfairness-resulted, consequently, their teachers would hardly be inspired and their sustainable development would be impeded as well. The author addresses these problems by proposing factors and principles which shall be attended to in designing such a mechanism. |
