| 摘 要： | 随着应用信息媒体技术的发展，以现代教育技术和信息传播技术为依托。以远程教育为主体的开放学习网络，是信息社会远程开放教育发展的必然趋势。21世纪远程开放教育模式的实现必须要有与现代教育技术相适应的教育队伍、教学手段和教育管理的现代化。因此，进行现代远程教育改革，构建现代远程教育管理模式具有十分重要的现实意义。
