| 摘 要： | 饭店的空间布局是衡量一个国家或地区饭店业发展状况的一个主要指标,也是衡量区域旅游业发展水平的重要因素之一。本文着重分析当前福州市区星级饭店的分布特征,总结出影响福州星级饭店空间分布的五大关键因素,在此基础上,指出今后福州市区星级饭店布局调整的思路,以促进福州饭店业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The spatial distribution of the hotels is an essential measure to assess the development of countries or districts, a necessary factor to assess the development of the travel industry of them. The focus of this paper is to analyze the spatial distribution of Fuzhou and to summarize five key factors. With plenty of materials and references on these related fields, the paper attempts to find out the methods to adjust the spatial distribution of Fuzhou star hotels and improve the continuable development of the hotels in Fuzhou. |
