| 摘 要： | 党的十七大提出了“建设生态文明”的社会发展理念,并在这一理念的指导下,要努力把我国建设成“资源节约型和环境友好型社会”;党的十八大在此基础也提出了“建设美丽中国”的构想,这些理念和构想为实现邓小平“三步走战略”的第三步提供环境保障,构成了我国生态文明建设的基本目标.要实现我国生态文明建设的目标,在理论指导的关键环节上,认为在于能否真正以马克思主义实践观为指导,处理好人对自然、社会和科学实验的三大实践.

| Abstract: | The concept of social development on the construction of ecological civilization was proposedin 17th National Congress of CPC. Accordingly, the idea of the ＂Construction of Beautiful China＂ wasproposed in 18th Congress of CPC. These concepts/ideas have provided environmental protection in re-alizing the 3rd step of Deng Xiaoping＇ s ＂three - step strategy＂, which has constitute the basic goal ofChina＇ s ecological civilization construction. It is believed that the practice of nature, society and sci-ence should be based on Marx＇s theory on practice. |
