| 摘 要： | 拓展训练对培养大学生手脑并用实际操作能力、良好的心理素质、团队合作精神以及良好的社会适应能力等方面有着重要的积极作用，它具有途径多样、形式灵活、内容丰富等特点，能使学生增长知识、锻炼身体、陶冶情操，同时为学生更好地适应社会打下坚实的基础。在高校建设拓展训练基地，开发高校拓展训练课程，培养社会真正需要的人才，提升大学生综合素质，有着重要的现实意义。 |

| Abstract: | The outward development training has important function for college student＇s practical operation, good mental quality and team work spirit as well as social adaptation. It has the character of diversity, flexible and rich content, and can cause the student to increase knowledge, to exercise the body, influences the sentiment, simultaneously adaptation to society for the student to build the solid foundation well. It has practical significance to construct the outward development training base in the universities, develop the training curriculum, raises the social true need the talented person and promote the university student to synthesize the quality. |
