摘    要:从保健品市场的现状研究出发,分析了保健品广告目前存在的主要问题,并从立法、监管制度、商家、媒体、消费者等角度分析了食品药品广告存在问题的主要原因,最后对于保健品广告的法律完善提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Started with the actualities of healthcare products market, this paper analyzed the main problems existing in the health food advertising at present, then analyzed the main reasons of food and drug advertiong from the perspec- tive of legislation, regulation system, business, media, consumers, etc. and finally put forward some suggestions to improve the law of healthcare food advertising.
